Embedding inclusion in digital transformation
Apply an inclusion lens to national digital transformation strategies, roadmaps and programme designs. This will include inputs and advisory on access to all (including assisted and non digital access); data privacy and governance; overcoming barriers to language and gender; ensuring meaningful participation of all concerned actors in the ecosystem.

Strengthening government capacity to adopt DPI
Strengthen strategic govt. capacity to design, adopt and sustain DPI programmes through design thinking workshops that enable process reimagination; programme execution advisory to co-create adoption roadmaps, establish governance structures, frame procurement requirements, and engage ecosystem actors (academic, civil society and market); and provide technical support as needed. Across these efforts, embed safeguard principles into capacity building and any roadmaps that are designed.
